  I bought a kids single pink bed yesterday in McGrath Hills and Elvis was so sweet to put it up up on the roof of my car. I have been going here fairly regularly because of their wonderful customer service. Elvis, consistently goes above and beyond to assist and what great difference he makes! Your quality of service is commendable! Will come again :)

  Bought product care for an Air Fryer, that was sold to me as “ any problem it will be replaced during that period of time”… I have been without my air fryer for 3 weeks and now been told that it needs assessment because it cost over $400… actually I paid $420 … they told me to read the FINE PRINT… which says “ALL ITEMS OVER $$400 REQUIRE ASSESSMENT”… the store has been a NIGHTMARE ato deal with and replacing the item would cost less then the stupid $20… I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT FROM MY LOCAL PEOPLE BUT NOW … NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT BUY THE AFTER CARE AS THEY DONT TELL YOU THE FULL STORY! This is the first time I have asked for a replacement of anything over 20 years of buying from McGrath Hill … new people new management … POOR LOCAL SUPPORT !

  I normally don’t write reviews but the sales girl Georgia her sales technique is beyond and couldn’t be more pleased. I am a manager of a retail store, and she approached my mother, my daughter and myself within walking in the furniture department. She explained we could customised anything Australian made. Her product knowledge was beyond amazing. She then left as alone to talk didn’t hover or push. She also went and got help for the one and only question she didn’t know, didn’t stand there and say I dunno. It was honesty refreshing to walk in and be given this service all I can say is I wish my staff was this switched on and pleasant. When I’ve decided which bedroom set I will be purchasing I will be returning to give her to commission she well truely deserved it.
